Jason Beith, the founder and principal consultant, set the organisation up in 2018. After more than a decade spent building and contributing to businesses, he decided it was time to put his ideas into practice. His vision was to build a recruitment company that focused on matching the individual needs of customers with clients, connecting talented people with fulfilling jobs.

Jason Beith brings to Infinitas Talent a decade of recruitment acumen honed in London and New Zealand. Jason believes in helping people fulfill their potential and find rewarding employment. He specialises in finding talent that goes beyond the job description, ensuring that the candidates he recommends truly fit an organization and its culture.
SOPHIE BEESON
CONSULTANT
Sophie comes from a background of 7 years managerial experience in both health and administration fields, with a lead role in the recruiting process.
Coming from this career history in management and health, and with an education in Psychology, Sophie is passionate about people and finding the right candidate for a job. Knowing the importance of creating competent and integrative teams to ensure a company’s success, Sophie is motivated in assisting other New Zealand businesses to achieve the same results.
